BEER, RESPECT AND FUN
An International Social Running Club – with beer and good vibes
Granada Hash House Harriers (GH3) is an international social running club that blends physical exercise with fun and camaraderie.
We proudly describe ourselves as “a drinking club with a running problem.” 🏃♀️🍻
Our main goal is simple: to have fun after the run or walk – ideally with plenty of beer!
A long-standing tradition in the global Hash community is the post-run circle and the infamous down-downs.
During the circle, we poke fun at everyone (and everything!) in a humorous and lighthearted way. There are silly challenges and mildly embarrassing pranks – and the key word here is “mildly.”
It’s all part of the fun and never meant to be hurtful.
Thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm and participation, GH3 continues to grow and evolve. We’re proud to be part of a diverse and inclusive community where friendship, humor, and good vibes are at the heart of everything we do.
As true Hashers, we believe in the spirit of adventure, in laughing at ourselves, and in sharing unique moments without taking life too seriously.
However, we also recognize that mutual respect is essential for everyone to fully enjoy the experience.
That’s why GH3 maintains a firm stance: we do not tolerate discrimination or disparagement of any member based on ethnicity, gender, religion, ability, or any other protected status.
Our goal is to foster a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all.
If you ever find yourself in the spotlight during the circle, remember: it’s meant to be good-natured fun, never malicious.
Each Hasher is responsible for their own behavior and for knowing their own limits.
👉 Nothing is mandatory – not running, not drinking, not singing – all aspects of Hashing are entirely optional.
We are a supportive community, and we do our best to look out for one another.
If at any time you feel that you’ve been the victim of abuse or assault, please reach out to the Spiritual Advisor or any member of Mismanagement. Your concerns will be taken seriously.
Children may attend at the discretion of their parents or guardians, who are fully responsible for their care and well-being, especially in light of all the above.
BEER, RESPECT AND FUN

Notice about Photos and Videos in the Group
🏃♂️🍺 Photos and Videos in the Group
We’d like to remind everyone that taking photos and videos during our events is a regular part of our group activities. These are usually shared on our internal channels (such as this Facebook group).
Capturing these moments is part of the group’s spirit — to preserve memories, share experiences, and strengthen our community.
👤 If anyone does not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let the designated photographer know in advance, and we will do our best to respect that.
However, please keep in mind:
• We cannot guarantee that other attendees won’t take their own pictures.
• Activities often take place in public or shared spaces, so full exclusion from all images may not be possible.
🤝 By participating in our events, we understand that you accept this aspect of the group’s dynamic. If there’s a specific photo you’d like removed, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
Thanks for your understanding and for being part of the group!
